Lowie Bricks are dipped facing bricks and are therefore often still very wet when they arrive at the site. If the bricks are thoroughly wet, they are more difficult to process. One solution is to cut open the packs and screen the pallets against rainwater as soon as the bricks arrive on site. That way, the bricks can dry out quickly and are easier to process.

Since Lowie Bricks have a high degree of moisture transport, the bricks dry out much faster than dipped clay bricks and also achieve their final colour faster (in days rather than months).
