JOB OFFER: PROJECT DRAFTSMAN FOR CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS

Lowie (Low Impact) Bricks launched a research and development programme in 2019 to find sustainable and affordable alternatives to traditional facing bricks. By experimenting extensively with different materials, Lowie Bricks managed to preserve the aesthetic and qualitative characteristics of ceramic bricks and is now launching the Lowie Hybrid Brick with an 80% CO2 reduction compared to ceramic facing bricks.

Group Roussel with headquarters in Menen is a Belgian anchored family-owned business group active as a producer and supplier of building materials in niche markets of the construction industry.


Its subsidiary Lowie Bricks (LOW Impact) specialises in the
development and production of sustainable alternatives to traditional
facing bricks.

 

As part of the further expansion of our team, we are looking for an:


PROJECT DRAFTSMAN FOR CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS
 

After a thorough introduction to our product range, you will become a professional who will be responsible for:

  • the analysis of building plans,

  • consultation with the contractor, builder, etc.,

  • specialised advice on the determination of dilatations in facades,

  • preparation of technical drawings,

  • ...

In short, a versatile job in which, in continuous consultation with the customer, you look for the best building solution with our innovative facing brick.

REQUIREMENTS

  • You are a structural engineer or bachelor with relevant experience.

  • You are triggered by innovative products and solutions.

  • You have at least initial experience in a study or architectural firm or in a contractor company.

  • You have fluent interpersonal skills.

  • You have the ambition to perfect yourself as an expert.
