JOB OFFER: ACCOUNT MANAGER WALLONIA

Lowie (Low Impact) Bricks launched a research and development programme in 2019 to find sustainable and affordable alternatives to traditional facing bricks. By experimenting extensively with different materials, Lowie Bricks managed to preserve the aesthetic and qualitative characteristics of ceramic bricks and is now launching the Lowie Hybrid Brick with an 80% CO2 reduction compared to ceramic facing bricks.

Group Roussel (www.roussel.be), headquartered in Menen, is a Belgium based family business, active as a producer of building materials in niche markets in the construction industry. 


The subsidiary compnay, Lowie Bricks (www.lowiebricks.be), specialises in the development and production of sustainable alternatives for traditional facing bricks, and works with its sister company, Olivier Bricks (www.olivier.be) for marketing.


As part of the expansion of our team, we are looking for an:


ACCOUNT MANAGER WALLONIA
 

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing our B2B customer portfolio in Wallonia. You will be the face of our company in the region and will play a crucial role in strengthening our market position.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Actively visit and advise architects, construction promoters, property developers, contractors and building materials dealers in Wallonia.

  • Digital prospecting.

  • Establishing and maintaining solid relationships with customers.

  • Drawing up offers and following them up.

  • Identifying and following up sales opportunities and projects.

  • Recording customer visits and sales actions in the CRM system.

  • Analysing market and competitive trends to provide strategic information.

REQUIREMENTS

  • You have commercial talent. 

  • You have experience in a field sales role, preferably in the construction sector.

  • An affinity with facing bricks and building materials (sustainable, environmentally-friendly) is a plus.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Proactive and results-oriented attitude.

  • Ability to work independently and a strong sense of responsibility.

  • You speak perfect French. A good understanding of Dutch is an asset.

  • You have a valid driving licence.
